        In his point of view, proper nutrition is to eat products that are digested almost simultaneously, which eliminates the ingestion of undigested food and allow you to avoid all the consequences of illiteracy nutrition. The digestive system of a man, says Shelton, is not suited to the simultaneous digestion of certain food groups. His kind of diet is another miracle. Therefore, he advises most of them, especially milk, fruits, to use separately from each other. It is not desirable the simultaneous reception of different types of protein. For example, with meat or fish one cannot eat bread or porridge. But the combination of fatty foods with vegetables, bread and porridge and butter is considered the most successful and useful. And this is true, because vegetables contribute to enhance the secretion of digestive juice and bile, and therefore, facilitate the digestion of fatty foods. At the same time, many of the vitamins contained in vegetables, assimilate to be dissolved only in fats. There is a complete mutual advantage of such combination of products. Meat with vegetables is also a form of an ideal combination. However in the absence of protein vitamins are poorly digested. And proteins are better assimilated in the presence of vitamins. For example, the assimilation of vitamin A depends on quality and quantity of proteins in food, but also the vitamin has a positive effect on the protein diet. It is really a miracle!

       From all the above mentioned the American nutritionist makes a simple conclusion. If you do not take incompatible products, nutrients will be absorbed better and be of maximum benefit. It’s a good piece of advice to saparate products. 

      Making a conclusion, I would like to emphasize that none of the diets provide a radical cure of obesity (no miracles!). They only help achieve the goal – losing weight. It is therefore important to learn how to reduce calorie diet wisely in accordance with the actual power consumption. Naturally, one has to master certain skills and knowledge, and find the strength and the will within to abandon deep-rooted bad habits. Probably you obtain the miracle.
